DOUBLE/TWIN on Bed and Breakfast basis, is from £25-00 per person in the winter season for more than one night stay. £30-00/£35-00 dependant on room per person summer season (pounds sterling) per night, based
on two people sharing a double room.
SINGLE room is from £25-00 winter multiple nights-- £32-50 per person summer season (pounds sterling) per night bed and breakfast.
Single occupancy of a double / family room from £45-00 per person.
TRIPLE Solway room total £85-00 for three adults
FAMILY ROOMS:- A child under 3 is free and over three up to sixteen sharing with two adults is half adult price. Example:- Solway Room Summer season, A child 16 or under with two adults total price £80-00,
Luxury Cumbria Family room Summer season 2 adults + 2 children 16 and under total price £97-50
each additional child over 3 years is half the adult price.
Checkin time 16-00 hrs till 20-00 hrs Departure time on last day of stay 10-00am
Late departure 12-00 noon by previous arrangement. Early checkin time only by previous arrangement.
Bookings taken over the phone normaly require a £25-00 deposit which can be by card or cheque please provide an e-mail address for us to confirm your booking request
PLEASE NOTE TO ENABLE OUR GUESTS TO GET A RESTFULL NIGHT WE ASK THAT NOISE IS KEPT TO A MINIMUM AFTER 11-00PM,
We do not allow access to the property after midnight as the front door is locked and we do not provide keys.
